shake it out

so, do you know how many blog posts i've started - not finished - and not posted? at least 4 or 5. so for those to think i've lost my juice for blogging... not the case! the posts were either a personal vent or just not blog appropriate. BUT.. .blogger did release a new app for the iphone, so expect posts from boring meetings :) oh technology... such a blessing and a curse.

lets see... new and exciting things... works been busy, it was homecoming last week = craziness all the way around, more on that later. personal life ... perhaps instead of me actually documenting it you could just read the book below, The Science of Single by Rachel Machacke. i feel as though it depicts my dating tragedies PERFECTLY.

okay obviously that wouldn't be any fun. i'll document, but when i'm not so damn bitter about it. its actually all quite humorous - i should just "shake it out" (thank you florence + the machine) and move on ... damn if i do, damn if i don't!

upcoming adventures:

• ohio road trip with the wills crew. alex and jasin will be having a wedding reception in ohio this weekend for jasin ohio fam. who knew when your friend got married you some how married into the family as well? so i will be making the trip with them and the pups this weekend (another stamp in bodies traveling passport!) i think the trip will get me out of the hellhole that is currently sucking the life out of my soul and distract me just enough

• MY MOMMY IS COMING TO VISIT! okay get real, i never call her mommy, i call her teri before that! but for real, she's coming to TN on the 18th. my excitement is currently being contained, but i'm super pumped. she'll be here for thanksgiving and the lombardozzi women will take over the wills kitchen, pretty epic. we also have a delightful spa day planned as well as some REQUIRED black friday shopping (i'm sure my mom isn't even ready, i go IN on some black friday shopping) top of the list? a new TV :) i will throw down to get in line early to get a great deal (i'm having flash backs to staking ground at hangout!) i hope to freshen up the closet as well (new shoes are SO needed). i haven't been with my actual family on thanksgiving for at LEAST 4-5 years so it will be nice to have my mom here.
• next up, HOME - can't wait to get my christmas travel all taken care of so. can't wait to see my dad, brother, puppy nephew sarge and all my wonderful friends.

alright... i should probably do some work (read: update rosters & respond to emails while watching gossip girl via netflix!) peace, love 'n road trips!
