how i feel in a nutshell at the moment:
its been a day. i'm tired. mentally tired, the worst kind. i've been presented with various problems and no ability to fix them other then to offer support and continued help if needed. i hate this part of my job. i can't DO IT for you. and i hate to break your little heart, i don't owe it to you either.
