okay my desk is always a hot mess. my students are honestly surprised when its not looking like a bomb went off. notable items: the pic of the bodster and I - love 'em, lots of pics of fam and friends and the excessive sticky notes on my screens (my memory is terrible!)

so i have to be honest, this is not a typical view. usually its jam packed with students but for some reason its quite desolate in my office today -- i'll take it, the beginning of this week was draining with many student problems/drama so the peace and quite is amazing!
view #3: the OFG stash in my office
so this isn't so typical either. yea, no i don't have a dress shop in my office on the regular. my panhellenic council (governing body that oversees all national panhellenic conference sororities) hosts an event every spring called Operational Fairy Godmother (hence the OFG). this event is for high school women who do not have the means to purchase a dress for prom. i think this is such an amazing event we host, i really hope that this year we can improve and make this event even better then in years past! we are in prime donation collection season so my office now doubles as a storage unit as well. all in a days work people!
