the woes of a blind girl

okay so not necessarily blind but might as well be! I spent my Friday evening at an eyes doctors appointment and picking out some new eye accessories (I know, crazy Friday night right?).

This was my first appointment without MY usual eye doctor - retirement is overrated! But - technology isn't! Such major changes in eye appointments over the past 20ish years. No more dilating pupils the old fashioned way and instant imaging (yea, nerd moment #FormerBiomedicalPhotographyStudent).

As predicted my visions is worse (left eye - you need to start carrying your weight around here) - so new prescription is in order --- most importantly meaning NEW GLASSES! $740 bucks later, I'm exited to see more clearly and have some fab new frames and sunnies!
